At Calily Bridal, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your selection, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for eligible items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made gowns and final sale accessories are non-returnable to maintain the exclusive nature of our collection.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, garment bags, and protective seals remain intact.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Review and Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
